If we invest the time to understand and take control of our own long term health, rather than stifling our knowledge and accepting bandaids to mask what are often symptoms of underlying, avoidable conditions, a lot of social and economic problems can be solved. And that’s the bigger picture. The more immediate reward is benefiting from a stronger, healthier body and mind and generally being the best version of yourself. In looking after my own health, I also benefit from contributing to something bigger than myself: the health of the earth. Everything is interlinked.
In this blog I share some of what I’ve absorbed from the real experts in one condensed, high level summary, with the hope it might help or inspire others to do what is best for them and their families. Please note that I am not a doctor and if you think some of the things I discuss in my blogs may be beneficial to your lifestyle, please discuss with your doctor first.
