Note that you can’t pick one aspect of your life to excel at, like diet, and not do one of the others, like mindfulness, and expect to be at your best. You CAN pick one aspect at a time and excel at it before moving on to concentrate on the next. In fact, this is probably advisable because if you aren’t feeling overwhelmed yet, you will be after you finished reading my two cents. Seriously though, one step at a time if you are looking to make changes and be your best self. We have been making small changes over several years and are still learning constantly.2. Research
Keep your wits about you when doing independent research, even with the resource list I have provided below. Do not be fooled by a fad diet, weight-loss supplements that promise quick results, ‘antioxidant’ supplements that claim to rid you of toxins without making any lifestyle changes, advice funded by a corrupt system, or a biased experiment. Any changes you’re making should be discussed with your doctor first.
