• ½ Cup of Coconut Yogurt • ½ Cup of fresh/frozen Fruit (of your choice) • 1 tbsp of Almond Butter • A drizzle of Honey or Maple Syrup • 1 tbsp Superfood Mix • 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs

1) Pour half a cup of yoghurt into your favourite bowl or container. 2) Add in the Fruit, Almond Butter, and Raw Cacao Nibs. 3) Don't forget to add the Superfood Mix, it will increase the protein, good fats, and minerals. 4) Drizzle over the honey/syrup. 5) Now you're free to eat, alternatively refridgerate in a container for tomorrow's breakfast - a great start to any day.
