Dry • 1 Cup of Nuts (Cashew, Walnut, and Almond work well) • ¾ a Cup of Oats • ½ a Cup of Superfood Mix • 2 tsp of Cinnamon Paste • 5 Large Dates (Stones Removed) • 3 tbsp of Water • 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter

1) Blend the Dry ingredients together in a food processor or Vitamix. Blend more for a fine texture or less for a chunky texture. 2) Pour out contents into a mixing bowl and set aside. 3) Return to the food processor or Vitamix and combine and blend together the Paste ingredients until a paste is formed. 4) Add the paste to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix well with your hands until you have a sticky dough. 5) Break off small pieces and roll into balls in your palms. 6) Store in a container in the fridge or freezer, best eaten within a week.
