Base • ½ Cup of Oats • 1 tbsp Superfood Mix • 1 Cup of Nut Milk Toppings (Suggested) • Sliced Fruit • Nut Butters • Crushed Nuts • A drizzle of Honey/Maple Syrup • Cacao Nibs • Cinnamon

1) Combine half a cup of oats with the nut/soy milk to make the Base and place into your favourite bowl or container. 2) Don't forget to add the Superfood Mix, it is full of so many essential Wholefood Nutrients, Vitamins, and Food Groups (for more information check out the Key Benefits on the product page). 3) It is important to leave overnight (or a couple of hours minimum) prior to eating, this will allow the oats to absorb the milk. 4) Right before eating, add the Toppings of your choice - you can get really creative here.
