Smoothies are super quick and easy to prepare, and anyone can make them. The only equipment you will need is a knife and chopping board and a good blender like a Nutribullet or a Vitamix. You can purchase these refurbished for a lesser price. Remember to thoroughly wash your fruits and veggies first, organic or not. 1) Chop the Banana into chunks and place into blender. 2) Then add the remaining ingredients, the Roamers Superfood Mix will increase the protein, good fats, and minerals in your smoothies. 3) Blend until smooth. 4) If you aren’t drinking right away, store in a mason jar with a lid and keep refrigerated (Mason jars are great for transporting smoothies too, and are plastic free and reusable).
